Branch of OJSC "Beresteisky Pekar" Baranovichi Bakery is an enterprise producing bakery, confectionery and bread crumbs, snacks, chocolate glaze, lavash chips, frozen products in the Brest region. Its main task is to satisfy the buyer's needs for high-quality and safe food products.
The main market in which the Baranovichi bakery operates is the city of Baranovichi and the Baranovichi district, and the main consumers are the population of the city and region. In addition, the branch of Beresteysky Baker OJSC, Baranovichi Bakery, sells its products to the Grodno, Gomel, Minsk regions and the city of Minsk, as well as for export to the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan and Germany.
One of the main directions of the enterprise's marketing policy is the development of external economic relations. increasing the export potential of the enterprise, expanding the geography of supplies, developing innovative and import-substituting products, presenting new products and packaging.
The Baranovichi bakery has established itself as a manufacturer of high-quality products. Today, the enterprise is the holder of two certificates of conformity: STB ISO 9001-2015 quality management system (Development and production of bakery products) and STB 1470-2012 food safety management system based on hazard analysis and HACCP critical control points (Production and storage of confectionery products ).
The company pays great attention to the modernization of production, the release of new types of products, the development of innovations, and the improvement of the material and technical base and social and living conditions for workers.
The company's staff consists of more than 550 people. The company daily produces over 120 types of bakery products (25 tons) and 50 confectionery products (1.0 tons), in addition, the company produces chocolate and cocoa glaze, pita bread and chips made from it, croutons .
The site for the production of frozen bakery, confectionery products and puff pastry, as well as the site for the production of other products (breadcrumbs), operates effectively.
Thus, the company has a long tradition of baking bread, based on ancient Belarusian recipes and supported by the latest technologies and modern equipment.
In 2019, the company launched the production of lavash and a new, exclusive product for residents of Belarus - cereal chips made from lavash (Vah!) in an assortment, the production of which has no analogues in the Republic of Belarus. Since 2021, the company has been producing grain breads produced using heat sterilization. In 2022, the production of bread and bakery products preserved in rectified ethyl alcohol with extended shelf life began.
