Cake " Kyevsky" is a legendary Soviet cake, produced since 1956.
This is a real work of confectionery art. Two layers of crispy, airy nut cake layered with chocolate cream. The surface is decorated with butter and chocolate cream and pieces of marmalade. The side surfaces are sprinkled with crumbs.
All this makes it truly unique and so unlike all other cakes. There is probably no one who would not love this wonderful dessert.
