There is a generally accepted minimum - 150 g of sweet treats per guest. This is an average value, because some will eat more, while others will not touch the main dessert of the holiday at all. On average, you can calculate the weight of the cake in this way: for 1 adult guest 150-200 g of delicacy, for 1 child - 100-150 g of delicacy.
