The enterprise was founded in December 1954, when bakery No. 1 for the production of rye bread was put into operation. In November 1969, bakery No. 2 began operating, which produced not only rye bread, but also loaves, small pieces, bagels and crackers. In 1992, a confectionery shop with a capacity of 3 tons of products per day was put into operation. The enterprise RUPP "Brestkhlebprom" branch Pinsk bakery was created on the basis of order of the Ministry of Food Industry No. 72 dated April 27, 1972, registered by the Brest Executive Committee on June 30, 2001 under No. 02646, was a separate division of RUPP "Brestkhlebprom" until December 30, 2013, namely The legal entity Open Joint-Stock Company “Beresteisky Pekar” was registered. To this day, the Pinsk Bakery is one of several representative offices and branches of Beresteysky Pekar OJSC.
The bakery includes one workshop and one section for the production of confectionery products.
To ensure the quality and safety of products and increase competitiveness, the enterprise has implemented and certified a food safety management system for the production and storage of confectionery products and breakfast cereals for compliance with the requirements of STB ISO 22000-2020
The plant produces a wide range of bread, bakery products, bagels, crackers, pizza flatbread, flour sweets, gingerbread, cakes, pastries, oatmeal cookies, gingerbread, biscuits, muffins, croissants, breakfast cereals, breadcrumbs, jelly, composite mixtures. The products have high consumer properties and taste, attractive appearance, including modern packaging.
