The production history of the David-Gorodok bakery begins in 1985. This is the “youngest” branch of OJSC “Beresteisky Pekar”.
Every year the branch produces more than 100 types of bakery products and over 40 confectionery products.
The main product of the plant is tin bread. It occupies 70% of total volumes and is in traditionally high demand, the rest is bakery products.
In the manager's office there are numerous diplomas testifying to the gold medals of the products being manufactured.
In December 2007, the company received a certificate of compliance with the international quality management system ISO 9001-2001, and in December 2010 a certificate was awarded confirming the new version of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2009. The OSH management system standard is also in force. The status of enterprises of special importance and even strategic purpose obliges them to keep up with the times. After all, bread always occupies the main place on every table.
